SaaS Sales Executive

About the role

Resal is looking for a Sales Executive in Jeddah to drive the adoption of its Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. You will identify, target and acquire new clients to meet or exceed sales targets, building strong relationships, analysing market trends and negotiating favourable deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for acquiring new clients and expanding adoption of SaaS solutions, staying informed about market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve SaaS sales acquisition targets.
• Conduct SaaS-specific market research to find leads and analyse competitive trends, using data to tailor sales strategies.
• Work with Marketing to align sales strategies with company objectives and with Business Development to align opportunities and partnerships with market requirements.
• Create compelling sales materials and presentations for SaaS offerings.
• Simplify and explain complex SaaS solutions to non-technical clients, adapting to diverse cultural and organisational environments.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in SaaS sales acquisition or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; Saudi nationality is required.
• Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Perfect English is a must.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Use of data analysis tools to track sales performance.
• Analytical mindset and strong communication and negotiation skills.
