Sales Coordinator - Project Sales

About the role

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Coordinator for project sales, based in Jeddah and reporting to the Area Sales Manager - Projects. You will provide administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing team, helping with inter-department coordination, day-to-day sales transactions and customer information so that KPIs are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily project and retail sales activities, handle paperwork, proposals, quotations, tenders and bids, and cover ad hoc duties.
• Follow up on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) collections to help keep Jotun's liquidity balanced.
• Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales staff and other internal stakeholders, and convey external inquiries and information accurately.
• Work with Customer Service on price variations and customer inquiries, and help update the system prices.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales support function.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• Proactive, responsible and able to build useful networks of contacts.
• Methodical, clear communicator who works well in a team.
