Sales Account Manager – Software Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building and maintaining long‑term relationships with key enterprise clients, promoting our software and digital transformation solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with assigned accounts and executive stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts with additional product lines.
• Deliver tailored solutions that meet customer objectives and oversee successful implementation.
• Forecast pipeline, track key account metrics, and report on won deals.
• Monitor client usage of our products, provide ongoing support, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven software sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid Saudi driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills at C‑level.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
