About the role

Join the Homeware Division of SARA Group as a Sales Associate, where you will represent premium tableware and décor brands while delivering an authentic, personalized experience to customers in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store objectives.
• Provide genuine, personalized customer service that reflects the brand’s values.
• Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the team on merchandising, visual displays, and store upkeep.
• Share customer insights and product feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute creative marketing ideas and support promotional activities.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
• 2+ years of sales experience or a recent graduate with a passion for sales.
• Confidence, energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work positively within a team.
