Sales Consultant – Retail Store (Jubail City)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our store team in Jubail City. In this customer‑facing role you will help shoppers find the right products, deliver a high‑quality experience and contribute to the store’s sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide professional sales support.
• Assist customers in selecting products and services that best meet their needs.
• Achieve personal and store sales targets while supporting overall store performance.
• Maintain product displays, pricing accuracy, and store presentation standards.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
