Sales Coordinator (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team at our luxury hotel in Ummahat Island, Red Sea. The role involves handling administrative tasks, preparing sales documents and acting as the first point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing and copying.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders and other sales‑related documents.
• Assemble promotional materials and information packages for internal and external use.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales data (commissions, leads, third‑party information) in the relevant software.
• Respond to guest inquiries about rates, packages, facilities and events, both by phone and email.
• Maintain brand standards, follow company policies and protect confidential information.
• Provide a professional welcome and assistance to guests, ensuring high service standards.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintain positive working relationships.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales, marketing or hospitality support role.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
