About the role

Reportage Saudi, a leading real‑estate developer expanding in the Kingdom, is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its sales function across residential and commercial projects. Based in Riyadh, you will shape sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and ensure a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategies, set targets and monitor performance for all projects.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, building a pipeline of future talent.
• Oversee day‑to‑day sales operations, guaranteeing consistent, high‑quality client interactions.
• Analyze KPIs and sales data to refine tactics and improve results.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and business‑development teams to identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for executive review.
• Optimize sales processes for efficiency, scalability and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales leadership within the real‑estate sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Strong team‑management and coaching experience.
