Sales Executive – Modern Trade (Dammam)

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as a Sales Executive focused on the Modern Trade channel in Dammam. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring product visibility, and delivering excellent in‑store execution for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process within the Modern Trade channel and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility and optimal shelf display across assigned key accounts.
• Develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to acquire new customers.
• Present promotions and commercial activities, guaranteeing their effective market execution.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics and Sales Excellence teams to expand shelf share.
• Monitor NTE, product damages and keep them within budget.
• Follow up on customer payments, manage collections and handle cheque or cash payments.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor.
• Represent the company professionally and comply with HSE, food safety and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail/Modern Trade, preferably as a Sales Executive or Merchandiser.
• Strong command of Arabic and basic English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
