Sales Manager – Animal Nutrition

About the role

We are a leading Saudi Arabian trading and distribution company for chemical products, specializing in animal nutrition solutions. We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager with expertise in animal nutrition to develop and implement sales strategies, grow the business and lead a dedicated sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the chemical products market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing training and development.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy or Veterinary Studies; certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the veterinary or animal nutrition industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience setting up and leading a sales business unit is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software.
