Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding & Warehousing (FMCG / F&B)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead business development for our freight forwarding and warehousing services, focusing on FMCG and food‑and‑beverage clients in Saudi Arabia. The role combines commercial acumen with deep logistics knowledge to grow revenue and strengthen key client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand freight forwarding and warehousing services.
• Identify, acquire and onboard new FMCG and F&B clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, retailers and key accounts.
• Promote logistics solutions including air, sea, land transportation and warehousing.
• Prepare tailored proposals, pricing and negotiate contracts.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer demand in the FMCG and F&B sectors.
• Collaborate with operations teams to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and revenue goals.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics sales, specifically freight forwarding and/or warehousing.
• Proven experience handling FMCG or F&B clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated track record of business development and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain requirements for FMCG and food products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
