Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment (Excavators & Earthmoving)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales of excavators and earth‑moving machinery for SANY Group in Dammam. The successful candidate will drive business development, build strong client relationships and ensure the company meets its sales targets in the Saudi Arabian market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities for excavators and earth‑moving equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors and key customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback to product teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, preferably excavators and earth‑moving machinery.
• Established network within construction, infrastructure or machinery‑rental sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
