Sales Manager – Oil & Gas

About the role

MEMF Electrical Industries Co., the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its growth in the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on expanding the company’s portfolio of electrical solutions among EPC contractors, operators and major oil & gas companies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the Oil & Gas market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EPC contractors, end‑users and major operators.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation and contract award.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and periodic management reports.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable contracts.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10–15 years of sales and business development experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record of securing major projects and meeting ambitious sales targets.
• Extensive network of contacts within Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors and industrial clients.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, procurement processes and project cycles.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
