Sales & Marketing Director

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Director to take full ownership of the commercial growth of an established business in Saudi Arabia. This senior commercial seat will shape strategy, manage the P&L, and lead a high‑performing team across sales, brand, and product launch functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual sales and marketing strategy and plan.
• Own the commercial P&L, budget, and performance targets.
• Lead sales across all channels, expanding distribution and market share.
• Build and protect the brand while managing trade marketing and category management.
• Oversee key accounts, distributors, partners and negotiate commercial terms.
• Drive new product launches from concept through market introduction.
• Recruit, develop and lead the sales and marketing team, including managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, with several years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record of profitable growth and market‑share gains.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to operate at decision‑maker level.
• Based in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
