Sales Representative – Construction Materials

About the role

iBuild is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive the acquisition of new buyers for its digital building‑materials marketplace. You will act as the first point of contact for contractors, developers and project sites, guiding them from initial interest to their first order.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new buyer leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, site visits and referrals.
• Qualify leads, schedule demos and conduct product walkthroughs of the iBuild platform.
• Guide buyers through the quotation, ordering and delivery tracking process.
• Follow up on open quotations, convert opportunities into confirmed orders and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Handle buyer questions, escalate complex issues to the Sales Manager and coordinate with suppliers and operations teams.
• Support repeat ordering and provide light account management for smaller buyers.
• Meet weekly activity and conversion targets and relay field feedback to the product team.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of field sales experience in construction materials (cement, steel, paving, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction and finishing material categories, specifications and market pricing.
• Existing network or ability to quickly reach contractors, developers and project sites in Saudi Arabia.
• Hungry, proactive attitude with comfort handling high‑volume outreach and rejection.
• Fluent Arabic and excellent English.
• Valid driving licence.
