Sales Supervisor – Bakery Products

About the role
The Sales Supervisor II will lead the sales and distribution of Almarai’s bakery range in the Jubail area. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on achieving growth targets while maintaining high merchandising standards across all routes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily performance reviews with salesmen and assistant salesmen.
- Ensure all sales vans depart on time and resolve any operational issues.
- Set and monitor sales targets, adjusting them to meet growth objectives.
- Design new routes and optimise existing coverage for efficient resource use.
- Perform field assessments and ride‑alongs to evaluate salesman performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory sales experience in a van‑sales environment.
- Experience handling key accounts.
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
