SAP EC Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our Riyadh team on a long‑term contract. The role focuses on implementing and supporting EC, Time Off and Time Sheet modules, ensuring seamless HR transformation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off and Time Sheet solutions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Configure foundation objects, MDF objects, workflows and business rules.
• Manage data models, XML configurations and system setup.
• Support story reporting and HR analytics requirements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, user training and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with HR, business and technical teams to deliver HR transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• At least two full‑lifecycle implementations of Employee Central and Time Off.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of core HR and time‑management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
