About the role

The SAP Solutions Architect Manager will lead the design and development of end‑to‑end SAP solutions, focusing on SAP S/4HANA. This senior position provides strategic and technical direction across the SAP landscape, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of comprehensive SAP solutions across business functions, with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4HANA.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs that align with architecture standards.
• Develop complete solution approaches, including technical architecture, implementation strategy, cost models, and staffing requirements.
• Support complex proposals, tenders, and competitive bids, clearly communicating business value and differentiators.
• Guide the transition from design to mobilization, implementation, and stabilization, collaborating with global delivery teams.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle and address design gaps, dependencies, and technical risks.
• Engage with stakeholders to advise on SAP solution architecture and facilitate workshops for major architectural decisions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, automation, modern tools, and AI applications to drive innovation and improve delivery effectiveness.
