Saudi National Lawyer – Corporate, Finance, Projects, Litigation

About the role

We are seeking qualified Saudi‑national lawyers to join a leading global law firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The positions cover corporate, finance, projects and litigation disciplines and offer a hybrid work model with the possibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Advise international and regional clients on complex cross‑border transactions aligned with Saudi law.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contractual and transactional documents in Arabic.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters, including arbitration and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on business development, client pitches and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Supervise junior lawyers where appropriate and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality legal services.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia with a valid practising licence.
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE 2+).
• Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following areas: corporate M&A, joint ventures, banking/Islamic finance, infrastructure or energy projects, or litigation/dispute resolution.
• Strong client‑facing abilities and experience working in multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
• Prior experience in an international or leading regional law firm is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency for drafting and negotiating legal documents.
