Security Manager – Facility Operations

About the role

The Security Manager – Facility will lead industrial security operations across alfanar Electric’s facilities. This role is responsible for developing and enforcing security policies, managing security systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures aligned with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of access control, surveillance, intrusion detection and alarm systems across all sites.
• Coordinate with government authorities to ensure compliance with national security regulations.
• Lead periodic security audits and risk assessments, and drive corrective action plans.
• Supervise internal security staff and contracted personnel, including performance evaluations.
• Design, test and maintain site‑specific emergency response and incident management plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing security operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of national security regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to lead audits, risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Excellent coordination skills for working with government agencies and internal teams.
