About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing financial operations, preparing reports and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Handle month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, including VAT.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting.
- Supervise junior accounting staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA or ACCA is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi financial regulations.
- Experience with VAT filing and ZATCA requirements.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
