Senior Associate, Corporate (M&A) – Saudi National

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Saudi law firm to recruit a Senior Associate specializing in Corporate M&A. The successful candidate will lead complex transactions, advise high‑profile clients, and help expand the firm’s corporate practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring deals.
• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents and commercial agreements.
• Oversee legal due‑diligence processes and provide strategic advice throughout transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their professional development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a valid licence to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
• Approximately 6–8 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate and M&A matters.
• Strong background gained within a reputable local or international law firm.
• Proven experience handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships independently.
• Commercial mindset with excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
