Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Account Manager will drive demand creation and sales of Trellix security products and services across Saudi Arabia, working closely with customers, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers, present solutions and close sales.
• Leverage internal technical resources to meet customer solution requirements.
• Analyze customer environments, conduct POCs and upsell/cross‑sell Trellix security offerings.
• Generate demand with resellers and end‑users, build mindshare and product awareness.
• Develop account and opportunity plans, maintain customer satisfaction and manage contracts.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong business acumen with ability to build C‑level relationships.
• Experience working with channel partners and system integrators.
• Decision‑making authority within defined guidelines.
