Senior Business Development Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead new‑logo acquisition and drive growth across enterprise verticals in Riyadh. The role focuses on the public sector, ministries and PIF‑related entities, requiring a strong network of C‑level decision makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Saudi market, targeting retail, manufacturing, media and aviation sectors.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and execution strategies.
• Lead complex sales pitches, craft value propositions, manage bids and pricing negotiations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams on infrastructure managed services, application services, cloud and data‑analytics solutions.
• Handle basic contract and commercial management activities.

Required profile

• 12‑16 years of total experience with at least 10 years of relevant sales experience in KSA.
• Proven track record of hunting new logos and building relationships with C‑level executives in the public sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA or PGDM.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
