Senior Business Development Manager – Riyadh Overseas Centre

About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager will be based at Enterprise Singapore’s Riyadh Overseas Centre, supporting Singapore companies that want to expand into Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan and Kuwait. The role combines market intelligence, business development and strategic partnership activities to create and nurture cross‑border opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and facilitate business, export and investment opportunities for Singapore companies across the target Middle‑East markets.
• Monitor the regional business environment and produce up‑to‑date market intelligence, sector research and analysis.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by tracking growth areas and emerging trends.
• Plan, organise and execute marketing trips, business missions and related activities to support market entry.
• Prepare market reports and insights that help Singapore firms understand the operating landscape.
• Establish, maintain and cultivate strategic relationships with government agencies, local partners and industry stakeholders to generate leads and support business matching.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of relevant experience in business development, market intelligence or partnership development.
• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate research into actionable opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
