Senior Cargo Account Executive (Dammam)

About the role

Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a Senior Cargo Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with freight forwarder accounts in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will drive revenue, optimise cost of sale and ensure the airline gains maximum value from its agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with top local and global freight forwarders and shippers.
• Prepare and execute account development plans for short‑, medium‑ and long‑term benefits.
• Contribute to QR Cargo sales strategy to maximise revenue and reduce cost of sale.
• Prioritise high‑yield sales opportunities and profitability.
• Analyse sales data to identify tactical revenue opportunities.
• Manage projects and initiatives within the assigned area.
• Execute tactical sales activities to support opportunities.
• Maintain professional sales standards and provide market intelligence.
• Represent QR Cargo at trade events, promotions and sales functions.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cargo airline sales.
• Proven negotiation experience.
• Good understanding of cargo systems.
• Strong influencing skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent command of English.
