Senior Conference Producer – Cityscape Global

About the role

Tahaluf Al Emarat is seeking a Senior Conference Producer to lead the flagship Cityscape Global event, the world’s largest real‑estate conference. You will work with a high‑profile network of speakers, government officials and industry leaders to shape a compelling agenda and deliver a seamless conference experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research with industry leaders to define relevant content streams and build a compelling conference agenda.
• Own agenda development for a dedicated conference stage and related activations, curating high‑impact sessions.
• Manage 100+ international and local speakers, coordinating pre‑event logistics and onsite delivery.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date speaker database, ensuring accuracy of speaker lists and event files.
• Prepare regular reports for governmental partners and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven track record of conceptualising and delivering large‑scale conferences with significant governmental participation.
• Strong network of high‑level speakers, including government officials, developers, architects and investors.
• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in conference or event production.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
