Senior Consultant – SAP Finance & HCM (S/4HANA & SuccessFactors)

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the design, configuration and delivery of SAP Finance (FICO) and HCM/SuccessFactors solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders to optimise core finance and people processes across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) and HCM/SuccessFactors components.
- Lead requirement workshops, blueprinting sessions and fit‑gap analyses.
- Drive month‑end and year‑end close activities, reporting and compliance enhancements.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure high‑quality delivery.
Required profile
- 5+ years of hands‑on SAP Finance and HCM/SuccessFactors implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of integration with procurement, payroll and reporting processes.
- Proven ability to use AI coding/productivity tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to accelerate development, configuration, testing and documentation.
Required skills

- SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
- AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude
