Senior Controls Engineer – HVAC

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Controls Engineer – HVAC to lead and support our After Sales & Service team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on commissioning, retrofitting, and optimizing HVAC control systems for commercial and industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HVAC controls commissioning and retrofit projects.
• Support service teams with technical troubleshooting and system optimization.
• Deliver energy‑efficient solutions and perform system upgrades.
• Engage with customers to provide technical consultation and support.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in HVAC controls, BMS or building automation systems.
• At least 5 years in a senior role supporting service, maintenance and after‑sales operations.
• Proven expertise in commissioning, optimization, troubleshooting and system upgrades.

Required skills

• HVAC control equipment and control sequences.
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
• Building Management System (BMS) platforms.
• PLC and SCADA programming.
