Senior Corporate Sales & Business Development Executive – Passenger Transportation

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Corporate Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our passenger transportation services across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on acquiring large corporate, government, and industry accounts for employee shuttles, bus rentals, limousine, and customized mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities within target markets such as large corporates, ministries, energy, oil & gas, construction, airlines, hotels and major projects.
• Approach key decision‑makers, open new corporate accounts and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Generate qualified leads, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
• Maintain relationships with Procurement, HR, Administration and Facility Management departments.
• Follow up on tenders, RFQs and corporate opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in direct B2B passenger transportation or corporate sales within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi corporate market and an existing network of contacts.
• Demonstrated hunter mindset – ability to open doors, build relationships and convert opportunities into long‑term contracts.
• Arabic and English communication skills; a valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
