Senior Customer Success Manager – Critical Accounts

About the role

Nozomi Networks is expanding its Customer Success team and seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to own and nurture relationships with critical accounts across the Middle East. You will be the primary point of contact, driving adoption, value realization, and long‑term retention for our OT and IoT cybersecurity platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic customers, guiding them through the full lifecycle.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving customer‑defined value metrics and expanding usage.
• Minimize churn through proactive success plans and regular health checks.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and escalations promptly.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure customer feedback influences roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields.
• Proven track record of high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of acting as a trusted advisor.
