About the role

Solventum is seeking a Senior Dental Solutions Sales Representative to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for driving sales of innovative dental products and solutions, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the company’s mission of improving patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales activities within the assigned Riyadh territory to achieve or exceed annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans that foster sustainable growth and maximize customer value.
• Identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with market demands.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of sales experience in the dental or broader healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory effectively.
