Senior Electrical Engineer – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical activities for oil and gas plants in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing commissioning, operation and start‑up of complex offshore and on‑shore projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all electrical engineering tasks across oil & gas and petrochemical projects.
• Lead commissioning, testing and start‑up phases for offshore installations.
• Ensure compliance with ARAMCO standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and optimise system performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of overall engineering experience.
• At least 6 years dedicated to electrical systems in major oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
• Proven experience on offshore projects, including commissioning and start‑up.
• Direct experience on ARAMCO projects is mandatory.
