Senior Facilities Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Facilities Engineer to lead the soft‑service operations of our semi‑government campus in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures a clean, safe and welcoming environment by overseeing all non‑technical services and coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping and hospitality services.
• Lead in‑house service crews and manage third‑party contractors, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Negotiate and administer vendor contracts, monitor performance and control the soft‑services budget.
• Conduct regular quality and safety audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for all facility‑related service requests and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in facility management with a focus on soft services.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts and oversee budgets.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and workplace service best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
