Senior Finance Director

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Facilities Management company in Riyadh to find a Senior Finance Director. This senior leader will provide strategic financial guidance, drive performance, and support the organization’s growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all finance operations, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, and cash‑flow management.
• Partner with executive leadership to enhance profitability, business growth, and operational efficiency.
• Provide commercial and financial insights on large‑scale contracts, projects, and investments.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Drive finance transformation, process improvement, and ERP optimisation initiatives.
• Develop and lead a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or CIMA are preferred.
• 15+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience in large‑scale organisations, preferably multinational or listed companies with revenues exceeding SAR 1 billion.
• Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, treasury, and financial governance.
• Experience in asset‑intensive industries such as Facilities Management, Real Estate, Construction, Engineering Services, or Infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and business partnering abilities.
