Senior HR Generalist

About the role

As a Senior HR Generalist at Naphora Game Group, you will own and shape the People & Culture function across the full employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with leadership to ensure the right talent, structures, and support are in place as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on people priorities, workforce planning, and talent needs.
• Own the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and development plans.
• Build and maintain talent matrices to assess performance, potential, and development needs.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate relevant training.
• Support employee relations as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers.
• Help strengthen company culture, communication, and ways of working.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on HR generalist experience.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with leadership and managers.
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle in a fast‑growing environment.
