Senior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Specialist will lead end‑to‑end HR processes, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and supporting the organization’s talent strategy. This role partners closely with finance and line managers to deliver accurate payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, and administrative decisions.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and labor law.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
• Administer employee benefits, allowances, deductions, and final settlements.
• Coordinate payroll and compensation matters with the Finance Department.
• Ensure compliance with GOSI, social insurance, and other government HR regulations.
• Support performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and KPIs for management review.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policy interpretation and employee relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, including payroll administration and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and GOSI regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.
