Senior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead the full HR function for our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This hands‑on leadership position will be responsible for recruitment, Saudization, payroll coordination and ensuring compliance with all local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR operations for KSA, serving as the primary HR authority for employees, managers and leadership.
• Own recruitment delivery, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, offer negotiation and onboarding quality.
• Manage compliance with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem, maintaining zero‑penalty standing and audit readiness.
• Develop and execute Saudization (Nitaqat) strategy, monitor band status, build Saudi hiring pipelines and report risks.
• Supervise and develop junior HR staff, set priorities, review output and build team capability.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and month‑end processes with Finance, ensuring accurate attendance, leave and contractual data.
• Advise management on Saudi Labor Law matters, disciplinary cases, contract changes, end‑of‑service and disputes.
• Prepare and deliver HR reports on headcount, turnover, Saudization tracking and hiring metrics.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with multi‑entity or multi‑site HR operations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on mastery of Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Nitaqat requirements.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems and payroll coordination.
