Senior Manager - International Defense Sales & Sustainment

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead business development efforts across the Collins Aerospace and Defense portfolio with a specific focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Turkey, and Pakistan. This position will be responsible for driving product‑agnostic growth across Collins Aerospace’s full portfolio, including defense solutions, while leveraging expertise in Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and U.S. Government procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development opportunities across Collins Aerospace’s full portfolio, including all Strategic Business Units, sustainment offerings, and defense‑specific solutions.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in KSA, Turkey, and Pakistan, leading pursuit governance and ensuring strategic alignment.
• Establish and nurture senior‑level relationships with military organizations, defense ministries, government entities, and commercial partners.
• Act as the senior regional representative, leading executive engagements, negotiations, and high‑value deal closures for defense programs.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership with performance metrics, strategic insights, and recommendations for defense initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of business development experience in aerospace, defense, DCS, FMS, and USG procurement processes.
• Proven ability to engage C‑suite, senior government, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, problem‑solving and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and ability to travel frequently.
