Senior Manager, Transformation Management (Project Management)

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Manager for its Transformation Management practice, within Project Portfolio Management services, in Riyadh. The role sits in a high-growth consulting team focused on government and public sector clients in Saudi Arabia, working on strategy-based projects that help organisations balance long-term strategy with short-term needs and optimise their investments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and run a wide range of projects, including transformation projects, IT implementations, business process re-engineering and feasibility studies.
• Handle risk, issue and change management, keeping change control, risks and issues under control.
• Define project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards, and document business requirements.
• Organise project activities, monitor budgets and prepare regular status reports.
• Evaluate project outcomes on quality, consistency, accuracy, value, completion dates and provider performance.
• Maintain a project database of data, documents and reports.
• Lead knowledge sharing and use learning and development tools to analyse, identify and communicate change requirements.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a large-scale nationwide transformation initiative and interact with industry professionals and experts.
• Exposure to PwC's proprietary methodologies and tools.
