Senior Officer, Technology Asset Management

About the role

The Senior Officer, Technology Asset Management will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the bank’s IT assets, ensuring they are procured, deployed, maintained, transferred and disposed of in line with SNB policies and regulatory requirements. The role works closely with IT, Procurement, Finance and other business units to optimise asset utilisation and support the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the full IT asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, following SNB procedures.
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date inventory of hardware, software, licences and related components.
• Conduct regular asset reconciliations, audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor asset utilisation, identify cost‑saving opportunities and provide recommendations for optimisation.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and other stakeholders to manage asset tracking, reporting and issue resolution.
• Prepare detailed asset management reports, dashboards and KPIs for senior management.
• Support governance, risk, audit and compliance initiatives related to asset management.
• Assist with technology refresh, upgrade and decommissioning activities.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CITAM or CSAM are a plus.
• Proven experience in IT Asset Management, preferably within a large enterprise or financial institution.
