Senior Solutions Consultant, Middle East

About the role

Faria is looking for an energetic, tenacious Senior Solutions Consultant with prior EdTech or SaaS sales experience to join a full-time, individual-contributor role based in Riyadh, with regular travel across the Middle East. You will own new logo acquisition across the Middle East, winning new school and institutional clients with support from the marketing team, using OpenApply for admissions and EduIntelligence for data, and bringing in Vectare school transport where it fits.

Key responsibilities

• Carry and exceed the new logo acquisition target for the Middle East
• Build and execute a territory plan across the GCC and wider Middle East, prioritising markets with the highest concentration of international and private schools
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to close
• Complete outreach and pipeline follow-up with segmentation and urgency, and run online and in-person demos highlighting admissions and data solutions
• Maintain a healthy, consistent pipeline and keep Salesforce up to date
• Report sales activities, campaign metrics and results weekly to the Director of Sales, MEA
• Represent Faria at regional conferences and school-leader events, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Client Experience and Marketing colleagues

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience in EdTech, with a track record of carrying and exceeding new-business quotas
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written, with strong presentation skills
• Comfortable engaging senior school leadership, school groups and government-adjacent institutions
• Eagerness, competitive attitude and ambition to achieve
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Middle East (30%+)

Preferred

• An existing network across international or private schools in the GCC
• Experience selling admissions, analytics or transport software to schools
• Familiarity with K-12 curricula (IB, Cambridge, British, American) common across the region
