Senior Specialist – Group Accounting

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading player in Saudi Arabia's entertainment and cultural development sector, is looking for a seasoned professional to head its Group Accounting function. In this senior position you will shape the financial reporting framework, drive consolidation processes, and ensure compliance with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to guarantee financial integrity.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards (IFRS) and drive necessary organizational adjustments.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Mentor and develop accounting professionals across the group, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA, ACCA or similar certification highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in group accounting with proven leadership responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation and regulatory compliance.
