Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leads end‑to‑end hiring for professional, technical, labor and leadership positions. The role partners closely with hiring managers to attract high‑quality talent, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and support workforce planning while complying with Saudi labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Define candidate profiles, execute sourcing via platforms, agencies, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, evaluate competencies and create shortlists.
• Coordinate interview schedules and act as liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers, oversee acceptance, and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance rate and source effectiveness.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi labor law and Saudization targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably in engineering, utilities, construction or facility management.
• Proven ability to recruit professional and technical talent.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
