Senior Training Officer

About the role

The Senior Training Officer will join Saipem’s HR department, specifically the Training and Development team, to drive training and Saudization initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews and consultation with managers.
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
• Manage the training budget and maintain accurate training records.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in Training & Development.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
