Service Operator I-PM (Production Enhancement)

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Operator I-PM to join its Production Enhancement team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves rigging, operating, and maintaining service line equipment for oil‑field projects while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Rig up and down multiple service line equipment under direct supervision.
• Assemble, prepare, and inspect equipment before and after jobs.
• Operate high‑pressure fluid pumps and coil‑tubing support equipment.
• Perform hydrostatic testing on Blow Out Prevention Equipment and reels.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all associated equipment.
• Monitor well‑control parameters and calculations during job execution.
• Lead safety meetings, Job Safety Analyses, and promote HSE compliance.
• Mentor peers and train Operator Assistants.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Approximately 6 months of relevant experience.
• Commercial vehicle driving licence may be required.
• Completed essential math, Red Book, and Coil Tubing I training.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
