Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor oversees all on‑site fit‑out activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work, conduct surveys, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed work programs and schedules, maintain daily progress reports, and report risks and issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, mall management, landlords, and clients, and attend site meetings.
• Manage QA/QC processes, inspections, snag lists, and non‑conformance reports.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Monitor material delivery, storage, logistics, and obtain required permits.
• Verify subcontractor quantities, support cost control, and review timesheets.
• Maintain project documentation, prepare handover packages, and support testing & commissioning.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in the fit‑out industry with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of KSA regulations and fit‑out trades, including MEP.
