Social & Marketing Manager – Sustainable Greenery

About the role

The Social & Marketing Manager will lead the online presence and brand identity of Botanica Nursery, a sustainable greenery provider within Red Sea Global. You will create bilingual content, manage social media channels, and work closely with internal teams to support the overall marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage Botanica Nursery’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Develop and execute bilingual (English/Arabic) content strategies that align with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor, engage and respond to community interactions, including comments and direct messages.
• Support on‑ground marketing initiatives to ensure seamless integration between digital and physical brand experiences.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Destination brand, PR & Communications, Travel Trade and Residential teams for a cohesive strategy.
• Analyze social media performance and use insights to improve engagement, reach and sentiment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and major social media platforms.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills, preferably English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
