Social Media Specialist – Arabic Speaking (Saudi Market)

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to lead its digital presence in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building brand awareness, engaging audiences, and driving performance across multiple social platforms while collaborating closely with the regional head office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Dr. Scent’s social media channels in Saudi Arabia.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
• Launch, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
• Engage with online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain high engagement levels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Saudi influencers, content creators, media partners, and agencies.
• Coordinate with the Head Office in the United Arab Emirates to align regional marketing strategies.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behaviour.
• Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
