Software Account Manager

About the role

Adree, a subsidiary of Master Works that connects business and technology through digital solutions covering quality assurance, low-code/no-code development and application performance, is looking for a Software Account Manager in Riyadh. You will support product deployment and business development by articulating the value of custom digital solutions to clients, working closely with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and technical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather operational requirements and understand clients' digital transformation and software solution goals
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations and business proposals
• Compile reports on customer needs, product friction points, competitors and potential product variations, and support pricing schedules, discounts and leadership approvals
• Work with technical teams to align customer expectations with engineering delivery and resolve client cases
• Keep up with industry trends, product roadmaps and IT sector shifts
• Run discovery calls, cold outreach, networking events and social selling workshops to profile prospects
• Take part in Agile sales alignment and account reviews, keeping accurate pipeline metrics in the CRM against daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 3-7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, IT solutions sales or technology account management
• Proven experience leading a territory, profiling accounts and managing end-to-end B2B sales cycles
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to turn prospects and leads into revenue pipeline
