Software Solutions Sales Manager - KSA

About the role

Advansys, a global technology and business transformation company, is looking for a Software Solutions Sales Manager to lead its commercial growth in KSA. The role focuses purely on enterprise software sales and complex software integration solutions, with headquarters in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Go-to-Market strategy to expand the customer base across KSA, and plan territory growth by industry and enterprise accounts with revenue forecasts.
• Forecast pipeline deals, manage territory sales quotas and take part in weekly funnel reviews with management.
• Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses to position Advansys to win business.
• Pursue new enterprise software business and deepen relationships with existing clients to raise revenue per account.
• Sell complex integration solutions, data, AI/ML, automation and BI using consultative, solution-based techniques.
• Lead RFI, RFQ and RFP processes, write commercial proposals and negotiate with enterprise customers to protect margins.
• Work with Pre-sales, Solution Architects and Marketing to build campaigns and pipelines, and influence C-level executives and key buyers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in complex enterprise software sales, account management and territory planning in KSA.
• Strong vertical knowledge of software integration solutions, enterprise application sales and emerging technologies such as AI and data.
• Experience leading commercial proposals, building business cases and navigating complex corporate procurement cycles.
• Exceptional ability to act as a customer champion and secure high retention rates.
